New services from Sime Darby Auto Hyundai

SHAH ALAM: Sime Darby Auto Hyundai Sdn Bhd has recently launched the Quick Service and 24-Hour Key Drop facility which come at no extra charges.

This move is in line with Hyundai’s new brand concept of providing customers with service experiences beyond their expectations.

Quick Service, an innovative service by the company, offers customers a quick and efficient solution in getting their vehicles undergo maintenance.

Services offered under the Quick Service include changing engine oil, transmission fluid, filters, drive belts, coolant hoses, brake pads among other.

Other services provided are tyre changing with wheel alignment and tyre balancing.

The new Quick Service is currently available at Sime Darby Auto Hyundai outlets in Glenmarie (Shah Alam), Old Klang Road (Kuala Lumpur) and Plentong in Johor Bahru.

Customers who wish to send in their cars for Quick Service are advised to call in and make an appointment prior to sending their cars.

To ensure efficiency for this service, customers are also requested to provide sufficient information about the service required when they call in for an appointment.

The Quick Service numbers are Glenmarie, Shah Alam hp: 017 699 1147, Old Klang Road hp: 017 699 0807 and Plentong tel: 07 357 6868.

“We have allocated two service bays for the Quick Service programme and two technicians to each vehicle. The Quick Service team will prepare the necessary part that needs to be changed even before the arrival of the vehicle to ensure quick turnaround,” said Sime Darby Auto Hyundai Sdn Bhd director Dennis Ho.

“The Quick Service is convenient for busy people who are always on the move. With quick service, customers need not wait for hours at the service centre,” added Ho.

Meanwhile, the 24-Hour Key Drop facility at its Elite Dealership outlet at Glenmarie allows customers to drop their cars at any time of the day without having to make an appointment.

All the customers need to do is to fill up a form, place their car keys in the 24-Hour Key Drop envelope and drop it into a secured designated box. This service also comes with a free car wash.

 “The 24-Hour Key Drop facility is secure, so customers need not worry about the safety of their cars as we have security personnel on duty 24 hours a day. Once the envelope is picked up by the Service Assistant, a call will be made to the customer to confirm the type of service or repair required.

“The Service Assistant will then inform the vehicle owner once the car is ready for collection and explain the content and charges for each work done,” said Ho.
