Nissan models in Malaysia not affected by recall

KUALA LUMPUR: Nissan distributor Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd has announced that all its models sold in Malaysia are not affected by a recall made by Nissan headquarters in Japan.

In a statement, the company said Nissan had recently announced a recall for the Serena, March, Latio, Patrol, Juke, Infiniti M and QX produced in Japan, Britain, India and China involving a total of 249,778 units of these vehicles.

This recall is to check and rectify potentially faulty parts for these models, it said.
