Puspakom to expand Inspection by Appointment System

KUALA LUMPUR: Puspakom will introduce its Inspection by Appointment systems at its branches in Selangor and Federal Territories for better traffic management and shorter waiting period.

Puspakom chief executive Hisham Othman said the system was introduced in the northern region, southern region and east coast and had been proven effective.

"The system has proven to be effective. All you need to do, is to call the branch you intend to visit, or go to the branch, and a specific time slot will be assigned to you."
