Special package for flood victims
To alleviate the hardship suffered by its customers in the recent flood, UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd is offering a special service and repair package with discounts of 25%.
The Toyota Flood Assist will be offered only to the genuine cases where the customers’ vehicles were damaged by the flood.
The package offers a 25% discount on total bill inclusive of parts and labour charges, free towing service and also quick evaluation and quotation on expected repair cost.
For customers’ convenience UMW Toyota Motor is also arranging with banks to offer easy payment plans through their credit card facilities.

“We understand that this is the worst flood disaster in a long time and many people are in dire need.
"Although we have given a cash donation for the flood victims, we would like to do more for our customers who are affected by the flood and that is why we came up with the service and repair package for Toyota vehicles owners,” said UMW Toyota Motor managing director David Chen.
Last week, UMW Toyota Motor contributed RM50,000 to help ease the recovery efforts of the flood victims in the flood affected states through the Malaysian Red Crescent Society.
